Happy Birthday to Randy!

You've had a birthday shout "Horay"! Sunday we had a small family party for Randy's birthday. We made taco soup for dinner and I made a carrot cake for dessert. Yum!

Wow! # 28~ We had to get permission from the fire department for this one. =)

It's so nice to know you're thought of on your birthday. Randy got lots of text messages, phone calls, and a few cards on his birthday. Thank you to all those who thought of Randy! I know he really appreciated it.

Happy Birthday Kayela! My sister-in-Law had her birthday the day after Randy's so we celebrated them together. Fun!

Make a wish!

Is there such thing as too much birthday cake?.......YES THERE IS! I not only made him a carrot cake, but the girls at his work bought him one to share at work and a whole ENTIRE one to take home. Yikes.....Randy's done a pretty good job tackling it though.

Even though Randy had to work on his actual birthday we were still able to spend some time together. That morning I made him a waffle breakfast and I was able to eat with him before he had to run. He seemed to like it and was very appreciative as always. That afternoon I kidnapped him from work and we went out for lunch. Of course I couldn't resist writing sweet things all over his car windows with window marker after I dropped him off at work. After that I went shopping and picked out something for me that I thought Randy would like.....(if you know what I mean). =)
We of course had some time together after Randy got home, despite the homework he had to do. I know it wasn't a "dream" birthday but I think Randy was happy and that's all that matters.
